Dr. Yousuf Wasim

Country Manager

Dr.Yousuf Wasim holds PHD in Accounting and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) from Pakistan, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the USA. Yousuf has over 15+ years of audit and industry experience in the USA, Turkey, KSA & Pakistan. Yousuf has been part of two of the Big 4 auditing firms (i.e. PwC and EY) and possesses in-depth knowledge of multiple industries.

As the leader of Wise Outsourcing & Consulting, Dr.Yousuf oversees all aspects of the organization including the execution of quality, innovation, growth, and talent strategies.

He is focused on creating a diverse and inclusive organization that empowers our professionals to act boldly, embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, share knowledge, tackle challenging issues with creativity and drive disruption through innovation, all while delivering projects of the highest quality.

He believes in paying it forward with his professionals, colleagues, and clients so that we all continue to develop and grow in our personal and professional pursuits.

As a leader with more than 15+ years of experience in Big-4, he had the opportunity to work with some of the largest, most complex multinational clients. This has provided him with a rich experience and provided an in-depth knowledge of complex accounting and auditing matters, allowing him to better serve his clients.

Ms. Ayesha Islam

MANAGER-HUMAN RESOURCES

Ayesha a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and is an expert in Human Resources. Her expertise includes:

Ovais Ali Khan

Manager-ERP, Software & Digital Sciences

Ovais is a seasoned software engineer and has delivered various projects nationally and internationally. His expertise includes:

  • Developing and creating scalable software platforms and applications, and efficient solutions that are unit tested, code reviewed, and checked regularly for continuous integration.
  • Assessing existing systems, identifying flaws, and creating solutions to improve service uptime and time-to-resolve through monitoring and automated remediation.
  • Developing plans and executing full software development life cycles (SDLC) for each assigned project, adhering to company standards and expectations.
  • Developing, building, and setting up new development tools and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting, assessing, and identifying technical problems and developing software updates, and ‘fixing’ issues.
  • Maintaining the requirements of software developers to ensure the development follows established processes and works as intended.
  • Demonstrating software requirement enhancement to establish requirements, organize testing, and communicate the deployment plan.
Mohamed Al Otaibi

Manager-Strategic Management

Mohamed is an ACCA from the UK, and CIA from the USA and brings over 10 years of experience to the table. Mohamed’s experience is concentrated mainly across the Middle East in professional services and industry which includes audit, accounting & bookkeeping, project management & valuations.

He is astute strategic management professional with two decades of management expertise. An expert in Business Transformation, Organizational effectiveness, and productivity. An acclaimed People & Culture practice consultant capable of aligning strategy, setting agenda, adopting tactics, executing and analyzing results. OD expert, Change management expert, Productivity project expert, Virtual workplace consultation, Hybrid HR model project development, C&B design, implementation and Leadership development, and HR digital transformation.

Kamran Habib

Deputy Manager – Internal Audit, Fraud & Risk Management

  • Kamran is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) & Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He is passionate about building innovative internal audit, risk, resilience, and fraud risk management functions with a focus on building auditors with the future skills required to deliver the extraordinary role of internal audit; and defining its part to play in an organization’s value agenda. He is experienced in leading agile, motivated professional internal audit, enterprise risk & resilience, fraud risk management, and digital assurance teams to truly collaborate with the business.

He strives to assure, advise and deliver insight into governance, risk, and control, whilst retaining the critical line of independence.

Kamran’s experience covers:

Building leading practice functions including strong, effective digitally-fit Internal Audit teams, Technology audits, Fraud Risk Services management, enterprise risk & operational resilience, and award-winning digital assurance Solutions.

     – Delivering ‘Beyond the Audit’ initiatives including the award-winning global Guest Auditor Programmer available to all employees to benefit from SME resources and mutual exchange of learning within the business.

Imran Ismail

Manager- IT Risk, Project Management & Transformation

Imran is Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) & Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Imran leads the planning, execution, and delivery of operational improvement projects for middle-market companies. He works with project owners to maximize process efficiency, effectiveness, and outcome through the use of technology. He has a proven track record of developing and implementing financial transformation, planning and analysis solutions, and operational process improvements.

A keen, team-oriented leader, Imran possesses a true variety of skills that span human resources, benefits, and payroll processes, to operational procedures, IT, and accounting. He has developed and maintained professional relationships with clients and internal teams to empower them to succeed and excel professionally. 

Imran consults in a variety of areas, including risk management, cybersecurity, audit, fraud and forensics, and technology services. 

Tariq Naseer

Manager- Legal

Tariq is an accomplished Legal Counsel with 10+ years’ experience crafting robust policies and strategies to provide legal support in commercial transactions, contract management, dispute resolutions, and governance matters. He is instrumental in joining hands with executive leadership to enhance decision-making and secure appropriate resolutions for multi-faceted legal problems in compliance with set regulations.

He possesses high-level business acumen with proficiency in determining probable legal risks, identifying improvement areas, and providing training to staff. He holds a credible track record of establishing durable relationships with peers, stakeholders, and clients to achieve long-term objectives.

Tariq Naseer

Manager - Tax

Shahid is an MBA Finance and has over 8 years of experience advising on tax-related matters in KSA. He has particular expertise in advising clients on compliance with Saudi Corporate income tax, VAT, and Zakat laws and regulations. He is also registered as a Tax Agent in UAE.

Shahid also specializes in International tax. Prior to Joining Wise Outsourcing, he was a Tax & Zakat manager in a leading Big 4 accounting firm.
